I’m dedicated to providing personalised chiropractic care that caters to your unique needs and preferences. Whether it’s through manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, or lifestyle advice, my goal is to provide quality care that works for you.
I graduated with first-class honours from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and have further training in sports massage, medical acupuncture, and nutrition. My journey into chiropractic began with my own experience of chronic pain and hypermobility, which inspired me to shift from a career in the arts to one in healthcare. Chiropractic care transformed my life, enabling me to return to doing the things that I love, and gave me a passion for helping others do the same.
Originally from Hampshire, I moved to South Wales nearly ten years ago with my husband. We now enjoy a peaceful life on our smallholding in Carmarthenshire. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me powerlifting at the gym, exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside on horseback, or relaxing by the log-burner with a dog at my side and a cat on my lap. Heaven!
Jon is the Principal Chiropractor and owner at SA1 Chiropractic and has been in practice since 2012 after graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. He loved the course so much that he is now a member of the teaching staff and is involved in delivering the course to three different academic years!
Since graduating, Jon has done extensive post-graduate training in subjects including Pregnancy Care, Paediatric Care, Dry Needling (Acupuncture), Running/Sporting Rehabilitation, IASTM, Functional Movement Taping (Rock Tape) and Shockwave Therapy.
When not in clinic, Jon is likely to be found gallivanting around various hockey pitches in England and Wales as he is a current National Programme Umpire and Welsh International Panel Umpire.
